Spiritual

The Consensus primarily exists to explore and facilitate all methods leading to transcendent Humanities, whether in space, time, spirit, genome or through any other category or instrumentality as yet unforeseen.

It exists to unify, permit and encourage all explorations of the nature of reality, from that of science and consensus reality to the subjective and transpersonal. The goal is that of Humanity taking its evolution and destiny fully into its own hands. In this it can be said to be an advocate of a Transhumanist philosophy. Pursuant to the above the boundaries of Humanity must eventually be expanded beyond Earth.

Temporal

The Consensus affirms that Nature and Humanity are complementary, neither having the right to dominate the other. Such 'rights' of other life on Earth, animal 'rights' and so forth are mandated as Human Responsibilities and/or Duties.

We affirm that all life on Earth not directly inimical to Humanity has a right to survive our predation and that the death of a species due to Humanity's carelessness, negligence or greed is a crime on a cosmic scale.

In time the Earth is to be fully healed and restored, as far as possible, to its original bio-diversity and fecundity.

The Earth is held sacred.
